We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Anggota Tim Dapur (Kitchen Crew). Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and front‑of‑house team members to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal flavor and presentation.
  • Support the head chef in daily prep work, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests, adapting quickly to special dietary needs or modifications.
  • Participate in regular equipment cleaning and maintenance to ensure all kitchen tools are in good working order.
  • Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, cost‑saving measures, and process improvements.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of knives, hot equipment, and cleaning chemicals.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: Minimum 17 years, maximum 30 years.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in culinary arts (Tata Boga) is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Prior kitchen or food‑service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Key Traits: Flexible schedule, strong initiative, quick‑thinking, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Appearance: Clean, neat, and presentable at all times while wearing the provided uniform.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of a store management system, ability to follow recipes, and excellent customer‑service orientation.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
