Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow from opening to closing.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of sales associates, cashiers, and inventory staff on a shift basis.
- Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory, processing deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales targets, analyzing performance data via MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
- Implement visual merchandising standards that reflect the latest trends in running, futsal, and football gear.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy, turning issues into loyalty opportunities.
- Prepare accurate cash handling reports, reconcile daily sales, and safeguard store assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in‑store events, product launches, and seasonal promotions, leveraging personal social‑media channels for added reach.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, including regular store audits.
- Provide regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store systems.
- Report operational insights to regional management, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Residence must be in Bekasi Utara (mandatory domicile).
- Female candidate, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong passion for running, futsal, and football, with active participation or keen interest in these sports.
- Active presence on social media platforms and ability to engage with the local community online.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and accountability.
- Willingness to work on a shift schedule, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Spreadsheet for reporting and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Preferably prior experience in a retail store environment, especially in sports or apparel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) technology.
