- Coordinate with the kitchen brigade to prototype, test, and refine new dishes, ensuring consistency across all service stations.

- Train kitchen and service staff on preparation techniques, presentation guidelines, and food safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of specialty ingredients, negotiate with suppliers, and manage stock levels to avoid waste.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling menu descriptions, promotional materials, and social‑media content.
- Monitor daily production, address any quality issues promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
