We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to represent our leading baby product brand in the Mataram region. Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging in‑store and on‑site demonstrations of baby care products, highlighting key features, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with parents, caregivers, and store staff, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Generation: Actively promote and upsell products to meet or exceed weekly sales targets, using proven selling techniques and persuasive communication.
- Merchandising: Ensure that product displays are attractive, well‑stocked, and comply with brand guidelines; arrange promotional materials and signage.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on consumer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends, and report insights to the regional sales manager.
- Training & Development: Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on new launches, safety standards, and regulatory updates.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete daily activity reports, maintain accurate records of sales, samples distributed, and promotional events.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (mandatory).
- Age: 22‑28 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG, preferably in FMCG or baby product categories.
- Residency in the Jabodetabek area or willingness to relocate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Strong selling ability with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Professional appearance, high level of personal hygiene, and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a flexible schedule (Tuesday – Sunday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Proficiency with mobile communication tools for reporting and coordination.
