Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels by tracking stock receipts, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales, expense, and cash‑flow reports for store management.
- Schedule and monitor staff attendance, ensuring appropriate coverage for peak hours while adhering to labor regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and returns, maintaining organized filing systems both digitally and physically.
- Assist in merchandising efforts by updating product displays, labeling, and price tags according to promotional calendars.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and loss‑prevention policies throughout the store.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate cash handling and bank deposit procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent high‑school diploma.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Prior experience or training in administration, retail operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, especially MS Office (Excel, Word) and point‑of‑sale systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
