We are a fast‑growing laundry services provider seeking a dynamic Team Leader Produksi – Pengawasan Operasional to lead a small team in a high‑volume outlet. This role is pivotal for ensuring daily operational excellence, maintaining product quality, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented woman aged 20‑30 who can balance hands‑on work with effective team management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and packing.
- Monitor and guarantee the quality of every processed garment, reducing errors and loss.
- Set and track daily production targets (kg of laundry received and processed).
- Schedule work shifts, assign tasks to a team of 2‑5 members, and ensure punctual attendance.
- Conduct regular performance checks, enforce discipline, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare simple yet accurate reports on turnover, kilograms processed, and other key metrics.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning issues into positive experiences.
- Utilize mobile applications for attendance, laundry tracking, and social media management.
- Create promotional content using Canva and CapCut, and run targeted ads on Facebook and Threads.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMP/MTS acceptable for entry‑level candidates.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy).
- Age: 20‑30 years.
- Health: Physically and mentally fit to handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Personal Traits: Honest, disciplined, responsible, communicative, creative, and initiative‑driven.
- Family Status: Single or married (if married, children must be older than four years).
- Experience: No prior experience required, but familiarity with laundry workflows is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a small team, organize schedules, and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using smartphone apps for attendance, laundry management, and social media; proficient with Canva and CapCut for marketing material.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written Indonesian; capable of handling customer complaints and internal communication.
- Attention to Detail: Prevent garment mix‑ups or losses.
