The vacancy is open for three distinct career levels – Junior, Medior, and Senior – so whether you are just starting out after completing vocational school or you have several years of hands‑on experience, there is a clear pathway for growth. Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs on a wide range of passenger vehicles, adhering strictly to OEM service standards.
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults using both manual inspection techniques and advanced scan tools, documenting findings clearly for the service advisor.
- Execute brake, suspension, engine, transmission, and electrical system repairs while maintaining a clean and organized workbench.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and safe disposal of hazardous materials.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues in layman’s terms and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and workshop managers to develop efficient repair workflows and share knowledge of emerging automotive technologies.
- Maintain accurate service records in the dealership management system, supporting warranty claims and quality audits.
- Participate in regular training sessions, certification programs, and team meetings to stay current with industry trends such as hybrid and electric vehicle servicing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent with a focus on automotive mechanics.
- At least 1 year of practical experience in a workshop setting; experience with diagnostic equipment is a strong plus.
- Male candidates only (as per current company policy).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work the standard shift of 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for overtime during peak periods.
