Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new loan‑seeking prospects in accordance with the company’s business plan and sales targets.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of a client’s character, financial stability, and repayment capacity to determine loan eligibility.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and repayment schedules using the firm’s CRM system.
- Monitor loan performance, follow up on installment payments, and coordinate collection activities when necessary.
- Provide clear, professional communication to clients regarding loan terms, conditions, and repayment expectations.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and risk‑management teams to streamline the approval process.
- Participate in regular field visits, market surveys, and community outreach events to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product knowledge, regulatory changes, and best practices in micro‑finance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Open to candidates of any gender; a balanced and inclusive workplace is encouraged.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on honesty, discipline, and attention to detail.

- Own reliable personal transportation (motorcycle or car) to reach client locations efficiently.
