Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport parcels using your own motorbike, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Deliver shipments to designated addresses throughout Pekanbaru, ensuring punctuality and accurate handling.
- Conduct pre‑delivery and post‑delivery checks of each order to verify completeness and condition of the goods.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from the motorbike, especially when handling bulky or fragile packages.
- Maintain detailed delivery logs, record mileage, and submit daily activity reports via the company’s mobile application.
- Communicate promptly with dispatch and customer service teams regarding any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback.
- Perform routine checks on your motorcycle to guarantee it remains in optimal working condition, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
- Uphold JNT’s service standards by presenting a courteous and professional demeanor to customers at every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 50 years.

- Possess a valid driver’s license for motorcycles (SIM C) and a well‑maintained motorbike.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run JNT’s delivery app.
- Residency in or near the assigned delivery zone in Pekanbaru.
- Strong communication skills; ability to speak clearly and courteously with customers.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash on delivery (COD) transactions, if required.
- No prior delivery experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and a reliable work ethic are essential.
