Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator Layanan Teknologi Informasi to join our dynamic IT support team. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure, ensuring that both software and hardware resources are reliable, secure, and optimized for business productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in IT service delivery, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning, license allocation, SharePoint administration, and Teams configuration.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications using HTML, CSS, and PHP, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on laptops, desktops, mobile devices, scanners, and printers, performing preventative maintenance and hardware upgrades as needed.
- Monitor system performance, generate regular reports, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
- Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users, documenting incidents in the ticketing system and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new software roll‑outs, security patches, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours support, guaranteeing minimal downtime for critical services.
- Continuously research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s current hiring policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience operating Microsoft 365 and supporting end‑user hardware.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP development.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and cloud collaboration tools.
- Experience repairing and configuring laptops, PCs, mobile devices, scanners, and printers.
- Soft Skills:
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Initiative‑driven with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
