Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Stand Crew Members to join our Event Operations team. This full‑time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy interacting with diverse audiences, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized presentation area. The role is based in the UNRI Panam area and requires a commitment to a consistent Monday‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be residents of the surrounding community, possess at least a high school education, and be ready to contribute to the success of a wide range of events, from corporate exhibitions to cultural festivals.
Responsibilities
- Set up, arrange, and dismantle exhibition stands, booths, and promotional displays according to detailed layout plans.
- Maintain a spotless and orderly work environment, ensuring that all equipment, signage, and merchandise are presented professionally.
- Assist vendors and event staff with inventory management, restocking promotional materials, and handling point‑of‑sale transactions when required.
- Provide courteous and accurate information to visitors, answering basic questions about products, services, or event schedules.
- Monitor crowd flow and safety protocols, promptly reporting any hazards or incidents to the event supervisor.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to receive deliveries, verify shipment contents, and store items securely.
- Support post‑event activities, including cleaning, packing, and transportation of stand components back to the warehouse.
- Document daily activities and any irregularities in a simple log to assist with continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be a Muslim or have a respectful attitude toward the cultural expectations of the workplace.
- Residence within the UNRI Panam vicinity for easy commuting.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and a neat personal appearance.
- Full‑time availability; this role is not open to current university students.
- Basic familiarity with store management systems or willingness to learn on the job.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive attitude.
- Physical capability to lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
