Responsibilities

- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, courteous manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and answering questions about coffee origins and brewing methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, notifying supervisors of low stock and assisting with restocking activities.
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately, balancing registers at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours, supporting fellow staff with tasks such as food preparation, table clearing, and customer service.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product offerings.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, promotional events, and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all ages; candidates must be legally eligible to work.
