Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor of the Human Resources Department to join the fast‑growing hospitality group CV Almunawar Cendikia. This is not just a traditional HR role; we need a leader who can inspire, develop talent, and drive strategic initiatives that support our expansion across Sumatra, the Riau Islands (Babel), and Batam. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for our restaurant and kitchen teams.
  • Coordinate training needs assessments, design development programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles, provide coaching to managers, and ensure objective, data‑driven evaluations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, wellness activities, and feedback surveys.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, generate regular reports for senior management, and support strategic workforce planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and career development.
  • Monitor and update HR policies, ensuring they reflect best practices and evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to align staffing budgets with business growth targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a proven track record in a supervisory or manager‑level role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits, HR analytics, talent acquisition, performance management, and training evaluation.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
  • Age between 30 and 35 years; gender is not a restriction.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
