Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit (CMO) to join the Bima (BNT) team. This position plays a pivotal role in promoting our credit products, building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, and ensuring a seamless credit application process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working across multiple distribution channels while representing the company’s brand with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and present Bima’s credit products to existing customers and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual financial needs.
  • Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, including dealerships, brokers, and direct outreach.
  • Collect initial customer data, verify information, and compile all required documentation for credit applications.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, coordinate with internal underwriting teams, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions relevant to their credit agreement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling ancillary services, such as insurance or extended warranties, to enhance customer value.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on field observations and customer insights.
  • Travel within the assigned domicile area to meet clients, attend dealer events, and support regional promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Diploma); candidates with a completed S1 degree are also welcome.
  • Maximum age: 34 years.
  • Open to fresh graduates, though at least 1 year of relevant experience in credit marketing or sales is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse customer groups.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, perseverance, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
  • Willingness to work in the location of residence (penempatan sesuai domisili).
  • Flexible work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
