Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Juru Masak Profesional to join our dynamic culinary team. This full‑time position is based at our flagship restaurant, where you will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes that reflect the authentic flavors of Indonesian cuisine while meeting the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, in a fast‑paced environment that values teamwork, creativity, and consistent excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of menu items, ensuring taste, texture, and visual appeal meet company standards.
- Develop daily prep lists, portion controls, and mise‑en‑place to guarantee smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature monitoring.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and communicate ordering needs to the kitchen manager.
- Collaborate closely with fellow cooks, sous‑chefs, and front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service and a seamless dining experience.
- Assist in menu development and seasonal menu updates, bringing innovative ideas and local ingredients to the table.
- Train junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques, sanitation practices, and equipment usage.
- Perform routine cleaning of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Handle high‑pressure situations with composure, meeting tight service deadlines without compromising quality.
- Document and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 0‑2 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a fast‑service or restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills with a solid foundation in traditional Indonesian cooking techniques.

- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Flexibility to work the scheduled hours of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
