Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitization of equipment and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any service issues.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables, report shortages, and assist with inventory counts.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper food handling, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing clear communication on ongoing tasks and customer feedback.
- Continuously improve service quality by attending training sessions and staying updated on menu changes.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues, sharing best practices, and maintaining a respectful attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18–28 years (flexible for mature candidates who meet other criteria).
- At least 1 year of experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry; experience in fast‑service environments is a strong advantage.
- Must be a practicing Muslim, respecting the cultural values of the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact politely with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
