Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Deliver compelling product and service presentations to parents, school administrators, and corporate partners, tailoring messaging to each audience’s needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact, needs analysis, proposal drafting, negotiation, to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track pipeline health, and provide regular sales forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create supportive collateral, webinars, and workshops that generate qualified leads.
- Handle objections professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for deeper client engagement.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Monitor market trends in the education sector, propose new product ideas, and suggest pricing adjustments to stay competitive.
- Coach and mentor junior sales representatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (10:00‑18:00) and meet all agreed‑upon KPIs and deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within education services, professional training, or retail environments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (good track record of sales achievements).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Strong presentation abilities with the capacity to persuade diverse stakeholder groups.
- Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in objection handling and relationship‑building for long‑term client loyalty.
- High service orientation—friendly, responsive, and solution‑focused.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and maintain consistent performance.
- Disciplined, honest, proactive, and accountable work ethic.
- Self‑motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and grow with the company.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to be placed in either Kelapa Gading or Cibubur office locations.
