Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Mekanik Generator dan Refrigerasi (GR) to join our fast‑growing maintenance team. This full‑time position is based at our central facility and supports a diverse portfolio of power generation and refrigeration systems serving industrial, commercial, and residential clients across Indonesia. The ideal candidate is a proactive, technically‑savvy individual who can diagnose, repair, and maintain complex generator sets and refrigeration units while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on diesel, gas, and hybrid generator sets, including oil changes, filter replacements, and load bank testing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble engines, alternators, fuel systems, and cooling circuits in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate service logs, technical reports, and inventory records for spare parts and consumables.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement upgrades, retrofits, and energy‑efficiency improvements for both generators and refrigeration units.
- Ensure all work complies with national safety regulations, ISO standards, and company SOPs, using proper lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
- Provide on‑site emergency support for critical equipment failures, often requiring rapid response during off‑hours.
- Assist in training junior technicians on best practices, tool usage, and diagnostic techniques.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and cost‑saving measures.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly when travel to client sites or satellite locations is required.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or SMK with a focus on Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR) or related mechanical discipline.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in generator and refrigeration maintenance or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of general repair techniques, including engine mechanics, electrical wiring, and HVAC fundamentals.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a high level of dedication to job responsibilities.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly with engineers, supervisors, and clients.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency in operating company vehicles are highly preferred.
- Prior experience with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and vibration analyzers is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Commitment to working the scheduled shift: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
