Introduction

Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for grades 10‑12, aligning with Cambridge International and/or OxfordAQA curriculum standards.
- Utilize Google Workspace for Education tools (Docs, Slides, Classroom, Forms) to create interactive resources, assignments, and assessments.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and personalized support.
- Maintain accurate grade records, attendance logs, and lesson documentation in accordance with school policies.
- Collaborate with fellow subject teachers and curriculum coordinators to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects and interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Mentor and coach students for mathematics competitions, Olympiads, and enrichment programs.
- Implement classroom management strategies that promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
- Stay current with educational trends, research, and best practices in secondary mathematics education.
- Contribute to school initiatives such as curriculum review, extracurricular clubs, and community outreach activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably with exposure to Cambridge International or OxfordAQA curricula.
- Strong command of spoken and written English; ability to communicate mathematical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace for Education and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, creativity in lesson design, and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, mature personality, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Indonesian citizenship (expatriates are not eligible).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented school culture.
