Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end production of hampers and souvenir items, ensuring each product meets company standards.
- Oversee the packing process, verifying that all items are correctly labeled, wrapped, and prepared for shipment.
- Collaborate closely with the design, procurement, and logistics teams to align production schedules with client deadlines.
- Maintain accurate production logs, inventory counts, and quality‑control checklists.
- Assist in training new staff members on proper handling, assembly, and packaging techniques.
- Identify bottlenecks in the workflow and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations on the shop floor.
- Provide regular status reports to senior management and flag any issues that may affect delivery timelines.
- Participate in after‑hours overtime when demand spikes or urgent orders arise.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: Female candidates up to 35 years old; all genders are welcome for other positions.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to convey instructions clearly.
- Demonstrated honesty, politeness, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Tiron, Jogobayan, Nglames, or surrounding areas.
- Basic computer literacy for logging production data and using internal communication tools.
