We are seeking a dedicated Attendant Spa Professional to join our dynamic wellness team. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, verify appointments, and guide them through the check‑in process.
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring cleanliness, arranging linens, lighting, and aromatherapy supplies according to each therapy protocol.
- Assist therapists during reflexology, massage, and other spa treatments by providing necessary equipment, towels, and client comfort items.
- Maintain inventory of spa products, replenish consumables, and coordinate with the purchasing department for re‑stocking.
- Monitor and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, including sanitizing surfaces, tools, and equipment between clients.
- Manage client records, update treatment histories, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Handle telephone and online inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the front desk to optimize booking flow.
- Promote spa services, retail products, and special packages, contributing to sales targets while providing genuine recommendations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Continuously seek feedback from guests and suggest improvements to enhance the overall spa experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Health Sciences, or a related field.
