Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Admin Penjualan Marketplace to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our online sales channel, ensuring that daily marketplace operations run smoothly, listings are consistently optimized, and customers receive top‑notch support. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to drive revenue growth across multiple online platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily marketplace operations, including responding to chat inquiries, confirming orders, and accurately recording transaction details.
  • Upload new product listings, update existing entries, and continuously optimize titles, descriptions, and images to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Provide proactive customer support via marketplace chat, handling questions, complaints, and disputes until resolution, while maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
  • Track inventory levels in real time and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering sales volume, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and marketplace analytics, recommending improvements to product listings, pricing strategies, and service processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to run promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers on the marketplace platforms.
  • Maintain compliance with marketplace policies, including product authenticity, shipping standards, and return procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender.
  • Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly through chat support.
  • Basic understanding of e‑commerce marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak) and familiarity with their seller tools.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail when handling orders and updating listings.
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset and the capacity to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional flexibility for peak sales periods.
