Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Barista Ahli Penyaji Minuman Kopi to join our vibrant coffeehouse team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and espresso‑based drinks following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other barista equipment, ensuring optimal performance and regular cleaning.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milks, and supplies; place orders and receive deliveries to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with local health regulations, including daily deep‑cleaning schedules.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, offering product recommendations, and handling payments through POS systems.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to enhance their experience.
- Train new team members on brewing techniques, equipment operation, and service standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Handle high‑pressure situations calmly, especially during rush periods, while maintaining quality and speed.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and service.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree (any field) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista or in a similar coffee‑service role.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Applicants must be within the legal working age limits.
- Core Skills: Proficient barista techniques, knowledge of coffee bean varieties, and ability to operate espresso machines.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, honesty, responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and handling the physical demands of a busy café.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility to cover occasional peak‑time shifts.
