Introduction

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Partner Lapangan. This role is pivotal in building relationships with potential borrowers, supporting existing members, and ensuring that our financing solutions reach those who need them most.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients in the Pangandaran region, inviting them to participate in Amartha’s micro‑finance programs.
  • Provide hands‑on economic counseling and support to household members, helping them improve financial literacy and manage their budgets effectively.
  • Conduct field surveys and perform feasibility analyses on loan applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports for the credit committee, highlighting risk factors, repayment capacity, and social impact.
  • Accompany members to weekly meetings, monitor transaction activities, and ensure timely repayment of loans.
  • Maintain accurate field records, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and report key performance indicators to regional supervisors.
  • Collaborate with local community leaders, NGOs, and government agencies to foster trust and expand the outreach network.
  • Promote Amartha’s digital marketing tools and mobile platforms to increase enrollment and streamline service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) – candidates with a bachelor’s degree (S1) are preferred.
  • Age: Up to 33 years old; no strict upper age limit for experienced professionals.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Ability to travel daily in the field; ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport in diverse community settings.
  • Strong analytical mindset for evaluating loan applications and conducting socioeconomic assessments.
  • Willingness to reside in a company‑provided mess if required (optional).
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates alike are encouraged to apply.
  • Flexibility to be deployed across any Amartha branch as business needs dictate.
