Introduction
JNT, one of Indonesia’s fastest‑growing logistics providers, is expanding its last‑mile network in Bandar Lampung. We are seeking energetic and reliable Motorcycle Couriers to join our delivery team. As a courier, you will be the critical link between our warehouse and the end‑customer, ensuring that parcels arrive on time, in perfect condition, and with a friendly service experience. Responsibilities
- Pick up prepared packages from the JNT warehouse and deliver them to the exact address indicated on each shipment.
- Securely handle all parcels during transit, protecting them from damage, loss, or exposure to adverse weather conditions.
- Verify cash‑on‑delivery (COD) parcels, collect payments, and accurately record transaction details before returning to the depot.
- Conduct a quick visual inspection of each package to confirm the correct contents, labeling, and any special handling instructions.
- Plan optimal delivery routes using knowledge of the local area, traffic patterns, and real‑time navigation tools.
- Maintain clear communication with the dispatch team, reporting any delivery issues, customer feedback, or vehicle concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations, wear appropriate protective gear, and ensure the motorcycle is kept in good working order.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, answering basic inquiries about delivery status and handling minor complaints.
- Complete end‑of‑day paperwork, including delivery logs, COD receipts, and any incident reports.
Requirements
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle with a valid driver’s license.
- Possess an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB of RAM for navigation and JNT’s delivery app.
- All education levels accepted; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- No age limit, but candidates must be physically capable of handling daily deliveries.
- Strong familiarity with the Bandar Lampung region, including residential neighborhoods and commercial districts.
- Excellent honesty, discipline, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, meet delivery schedules, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic numeracy for handling COD transactions accurately.
