Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver Delivery Professional to join our logistics team serving the Gianyar‑Jimbaran corridor on the beautiful island of Bali. This role is critical to ensuring that goods move swiftly, safely, and on‑time between our distribution hub in Gianyar and our key customers in Jimbaran. The ideal candidate will be a punctual, customer‑focused individual with a valid driver’s license, personal motorbike, and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels, packages, and small freight from our Gianyar warehouse and deliver them directly to customers in Jimbaran, following the designated round‑trip (PP) route.
- Plan daily routes using basic navigation tools or mobile apps to optimize travel time and fuel efficiency while respecting traffic patterns.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within the promised time windows, communicating any delays promptly to the dispatch coordinator.
- Inspect the vehicle before each trip, verify that the motorbike’s registration (STNK) and driver’s license (SIM) are up‑to‑date, and report any maintenance issues.
- Handle goods with care, confirming the condition of each item at pick‑up and obtaining customer signatures upon successful delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, fuel consumption, and any incident reports as required by company policy.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, answering basic inquiries and representing the company’s brand positively.
- Assist with occasional off‑peak tasks such as loading/unloading, inventory checks, and supporting special promotional deliveries.
- Adhere to all local traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies to ensure a zero‑accident work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 20‑30 years.
- Residency in Gianyar or surrounding areas is preferred.
- Own a well‑maintained motorbike with valid STNK and a clean SIM (A or A1).
- At least 0‑1 year of experience in delivery or courier services; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery schedules.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact politely with customers.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Physical fitness to load and unload moderate‑weight packages safely.
