- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting, silverware polishing, and resetting tables after each guest.
- Operate high‑pressure cooking equipment safely under the guidance of the kitchen team, assisting with dish preparation when needed.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and reconcile daily receipts.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including regular hand‑washing and proper food handling.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings, providing feedback to improve service quality.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through training sessions, tasting menus, and reading about traditional culinary techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience (at least 0‑1 year) in the F&B sector, particularly with traditional food service, is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate and safely manage high‑pressure cooking equipment.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
