Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Collector for its Limboto (Gorontalo) branch. This role is essential to maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting the company’s commitment to excellent customer service. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, working Monday through Saturday, with a focus on timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R).
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of overdue account collection, ensuring all payments are received within agreed timelines.
- Conduct proactive outreach to borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment confirmations, and dispute resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Analyze credit data and payment history to identify high‑risk accounts and recommend appropriate escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with the credit‑risk, legal, and sales departments to resolve complex collection cases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance against targets for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
- Provide feedback to the underwriting team on recurring payment issues to improve future credit assessments.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates only; maximum age of 29 years at the time of hiring.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services; experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong target‑orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High levels of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Adira branch in Limboto, Gorontalo, in accordance with domicile.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software and familiarity with credit/collection management systems.
