Responsibilities

- Maintain clean and well‑organized billiard areas, including cue and table upkeep, chalk replenishment, and timely removal of used glasses.
- Take food and beverage orders, process payments accurately using our point‑of‑sale system, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Monitor table usage, enforce house rules, and intervene politely when conflicts arise, preserving a safe and friendly environment.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar attendants, and security personnel to coordinate service flow and respond to guest requests.
- Conduct routine inventory checks of cues, balls, and consumables, reporting shortages to management for restocking.
- Assist in setting up special events, tournaments, and promotional nights, providing logistical support and guest assistance.
- Continuously learn product knowledge—including drink menus, snack options, and billiard equipment—to answer guest questions confidently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring that the work area meets the venue’s high standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 19‑25 years (women preferred for this posting, but all genders are welcome).
- Polished personal appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Prior experience in hospitality, gaming, or a related field is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
