Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Brand Promotor to join our fast‑growing team covering the Kendal, Semarang, and Demak regions in Central Java. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector and is eager to drive brand visibility and sales growth across multiple retail channels. The successful candidate will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal marketing teams to ensure our product portfolio gains optimal market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans that align with regional revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new retail partners, including modern trade, traditional trade, and independent stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor shelf placement, stock levels, and promotional compliance.
  • Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to the marketing department.
  • Prepare and present weekly sales reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting key performance indicators such as volume, sell‑through, and market share.
  • Implement direct selling and consultative selling techniques to address customer needs and close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate in‑store promotions, product tastings, and point‑of‑sale material installations.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff and retail partners on product features, pricing strategies, and brand messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑up on leads.
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the development of new sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Demonstrated mastery of various sales techniques, including direct selling and consultative selling.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data manipulation.
  • Male candidates only; willingness to relocate or accept temporary mutasi assignments as required.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory covering Kab. Semarang, Kab. Demak, and Kendal (Boja).
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
