Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell XL 5G products and service packages to new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain technical benefits, and tailor solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through street‑level outreach, events, and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up actions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to help refine marketing strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on 5G technology, pricing plans, and promotional offers.
- Provide post‑sale support, assisting customers with activation, troubleshooting, and service upgrades.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.

- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Ability to analyze application needs, manage sales administration, and interpret sales data.
- Additional Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, persuasive presentation techniques, basic understanding of mobile technology, and strong customer service orientation.
- Personal Traits: High level of energy, self‑motivation, reliability, and a willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Technical Requirements: Familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications; comfort using tablets or laptops for order entry.
