Introduction
Adira is a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, dedicated to providing flexible credit solutions to individuals and small‑medium enterprises across the archipelago. We are expanding our collection team at the Saumlaki branch and are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Collector Penagihan to join our dynamic workforce. This role is essential for maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are managed efficiently and recovered on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loan accounts, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
- Conduct daily monitoring of A/R aging reports and prioritize collection actions based on risk and delinquency levels.
- Initiate contact with borrowers through phone calls, SMS, email, and, when necessary, on‑site visits to negotiate repayment plans.
- Document all collection activities accurately in the company’s CRM system, updating payment status and borrower remarks.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to verify borrower information and support dispute resolution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection performance reports for branch management, highlighting recovery rates, challenges, and action plans.
- Stay informed on regulatory guidelines related to debt collection and ensure all interactions comply with Indonesian law and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve negotiation techniques, legal knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Assist in the development of collection strategies, such as early‑warning alerts and incentive programs for on‑time repayments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates only, maximum age of 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit collection, loan servicing, or a related financial role (experience is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, debt recovery, and interpersonal communication.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Saumlaki branch according to domicile.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
