Introduction

We specialize in designing, installing, and maintaining advanced surveillance and security systems for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to large industrial facilities. To support our expansion, we are seeking a motivated Teknisi Instalasi dan Pemeliharaan Sistem CCTV who is eager to apply technical knowledge, creativity, and a strong work ethic in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR units, and related networking equipment at client sites.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and replace faulty components to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with the IT and networking team to integrate CCTV systems with existing LAN/WAN infrastructures, including PoE switches and VPN access.
- Produce documentation such as wiring diagrams, installation reports, and maintenance logs for each project.
- Assist the content creation team by providing video footage, editing short clips for marketing, and supporting design initiatives when required.
- Provide on‑site technical support and customer training to ensure end‑users can operate the system confidently.
- Maintain inventory of cables, connectors, power supplies, and other consumables, and report any shortages to the procurement department.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest CCTV technologies, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience installing or maintaining CCTV or similar surveillance systems.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with video editing software and basic graphic design tools is advantageous for the occasional content‑creation task.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Residence in or near Sunter is highly preferred; candidates must be willing to travel to client locations within Jakarta.
- Male candidates are preferred for this posting, but all qualified applicants will be considered.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old; fresh graduates without prior experience are welcome if they demonstrate eagerness to learn.
- Full‑time availability with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.
