Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items according to established recipes and portion controls.
- Assist in daily kitchen set‑up, including inventory checks, mise‑en‑place, and equipment sanitation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, following HACCP and local food‑safety regulations.
- Collaborate with senior chefs and fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Monitor stock levels of perishable items, report shortages, and help with basic ordering processes.
- Adapt to flexible shift patterns and occasional overtime to meet business demands.
- Continuously improve cooking techniques by staying updated on industry trends and attending internal training sessions.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to the front‑of‑house team when special requests arise.
- Document any deviations from standard operating procedures and suggest actionable improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- No minimum experience required, but a basic understanding of kitchen or bar operations is highly valued.
