Introduction

To expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist – Baby Care Products who can combine strong relationship‑building skills with a results‑driven mindset. This role is field‑based, offering the opportunity to engage directly with retailers, distributors, and end‑customers while representing a trusted brand in the infant care sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and sell baby care product lines to existing and prospective customers, including pharmacies, supermarkets, and specialty baby stores.
- Develop a monthly sales plan, establish a fixed route, and prepare a pre‑MDS (Market Development Strategy) to maximize territory coverage.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow‑ups, product education, and after‑sales support.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by the regional sales manager.
- Address customer complaints promptly, providing effective solutions and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct routine visits to assigned outlets, perform shelf checks, and ensure proper merchandising and stock levels.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecast data, and market feedback on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, in‑store demonstrations, and product launches.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study fields are accepted.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the baby care or FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and willing to work hard to meet objectives.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid SIM C (considered a strong advantage).
- Willingness to work in the field, Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
