Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso‑based beverages, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty drinks in accordance with Segudang Kopi’s quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, including regular equipment cleaning, stock rotation, and adherence to health‑code regulations.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit transactions, and accurately processing orders.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, offering product recommendations, and answering questions about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; communicate replenishment needs to the shift supervisor.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as cash reconciliation, preparing daily reports, and securing the café.
- Utilize smartphones or tablets for digital inventory checks, schedule management, and internal communication tools.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through regular training sessions, coffee tastings, and staying informed about industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑33 years (maximum 33 years old).

- Ability to ride an electric motorbike for occasional deliveries or errands.
- Strong desire to work, with a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- High level of attention to detail and comfort using modern gadgets and POS software.
- Immediate availability or ability to start as soon as possible.
- Basic understanding of store management systems is a plus.
