Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Officer Pemasaran & Verifikasi (MVO) to join our dynamic sales and marketing team in the bustling JABODETABEK region. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a target‑driven environment, enjoys building strong relationships with dealers and customers, and possesses a keen analytical mindset to assess market opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a diverse portfolio of products, conducting feasibility surveys, and ensuring that our brand maintains a reputable presence across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers, distributors, and end‑customers, to create a reliable sales network.
  • Present, negotiate, and close sales of multiple product lines, tailoring pitches to the specific needs of each client.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses and on‑site surveys to evaluate the viability of prospective customers, documenting findings for senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after‑sales support.
  • Track sales performance against targets, prepare regular reports, and propose actionable strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Participate in regional trade shows, product exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑ups.
  • Provide feedback on product improvements and market trends based on direct customer insights.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 28 years; male candidates preferred as per company policy.
  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3/S1 degree in any discipline is highly regarded.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is advantageous, though fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
  • Dynamic, energetic, and highly communicative personality with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Possession of a valid motorbike (sepeda motor) and a SIM C driving license for regional travel.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving capability, and attention to detail.
