Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manager Sales – Strategic Growth & Client Relations to lead our sales initiatives and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and shaping the strategic direction of our sales organization. The ideal candidate will combine a solid foundation in sales development with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to inspire both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving aggressive growth targets within the assigned market segment.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure high‑value corporate accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine value propositions and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Lead a small team of sales representatives, providing coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing training to enhance their selling skills.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales campaigns with product roadmaps and brand messaging.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to the Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑17:00) and maintain a high level of professionalism during all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and approachable personality.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales plans, achieve targets, and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Male candidates (as per the current posting criteria).
  • Proficiency in basic sales tools and CRM software; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, with a willingness to travel when necessary.
