Responsibilities

- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor table settings throughout the dining experience, refilling glasses, clearing plates, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Upsell complementary items such as appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks to enhance the guest’s experience and increase revenue.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and issue receipts while maintaining strict cash handling procedures.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow.
- Participate in daily briefings and pre‑shift meetings to stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and health‑safety protocols.
- Maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards, contributing to the restaurant’s polished image.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 25 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders; we value diversity and inclusion.
- No prior experience required, though any background in food and beverage service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language abilities are advantageous).
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a disciplined work ethic.

- Outgoing and extroverted personality with a genuine passion for interacting with guests.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
