Responsibilities
The Crew Penjualan role combines two core functions – Cashier and Baker – to ensure seamless operations throughout the outlet. Your daily duties will include:
- Cashier Duties
- Accurately receive cash, credit, and electronic payments from customers.
- Perform cash‑back calculations and verify transaction totals.
- Provide clear information on product pricing, promotions, and special offers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain daily cash registers, generate financial reports, and conduct end‑of‑day reconciliations.
- Baker Duties
- Prepare doughs and batters according to standardized recipes.
- Produce a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty baked goods.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and ensure high‑quality standards are consistently met.
- Design and decorate cakes with creativity, adhering to customer specifications.
- Uphold strict hygiene and food‑safety protocols in the baking area.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming storefront.
- Participate in regular shift handovers, ensuring smooth transition between rolling and shift schedules.
