Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular visual and instrumental inspections of equipment, identifying any deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Document production data, including output rates, scrap levels, and any incidents, and report findings to the shift supervisor.
- Assist in routine maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to verify that finished goods meet specification tolerances.
- Participate in shift handovers, clearly communicating any outstanding issues, pending tasks, or safety concerns.
- Follow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process inefficiencies and suggesting corrective actions.
- Maintain orderly workstations, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly to reduce hazards.
- Respond promptly to emergency shutdowns, following established procedures to protect personnel and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (any major).
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- High level of honesty, precision, and agility in task execution.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings or weekends as required.
- Basic communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with supervisors and peers.
