Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Administrator to join our growing digital marketing team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write compelling copy that reflects brand tone, drives engagement, and supports promotional campaigns.
- Design eye‑catching graphics and short‑form videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Corel Draw, and CapCut.
- Monitor social media metrics (reach, impressions, click‑through rates, sentiment) and prepare weekly performance reports for senior management.
- Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and viral trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Handle crisis communication and mitigate negative feedback under tight deadlines.
- Assist in budgeting for paid social campaigns and track ROI on ad spend.
- Collaborate with external influencers or agencies when required, negotiating deliverables and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a college degree (any field) is preferred.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
