Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Leader Tim – Koordinator Operasional to spearhead the development and execution of student‑card insurance programs across educational institutions, government bodies, and local businesses. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence within the insurance sector, fostering strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth through B2B initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands‑on operational expertise, ensuring our insurance solutions reach schools, villages, markets, and UMKM (micro, small, and medium enterprises) throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and negotiate partnership agreements with schools, government agencies, community organizations, markets, and UMKM for student‑card insurance programs.
  • Design, pilot, and launch tailored insurance products that meet the specific needs of each target segment.
  • Conduct thorough market surveys and feasibility studies to map out potential customers and assess regional demand.
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with public and private stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation and renewal.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, including performance metrics, financial summaries, and supporting documentation for senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a network of business partners and on‑the‑ground agents to broaden distribution channels.
  • Build and sustain a robust partnership ecosystem, leveraging existing personal networks with schools, government offices, community groups, and local merchants.
  • Monitor competitive trends in the insurance and fintech space, proposing innovative solutions to keep the company ahead of market shifts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and compliance teams to ensure all promotional materials and contracts adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, utilizing data analytics to refine targeting strategies and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to B2B sales or partnership development.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong motivation and relevant extracurricular experience.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for regional travel.
  • Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, village communities, marketplaces, and UMKM.
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities and lead a team toward measurable targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data and market research.
  • Self‑starter with high accountability, able to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to client sites.
