Responsibilities

- Read and interpret teleprompters, cue cards, and improvisational prompts while maintaining natural delivery.
- Engage directly with live audiences, encouraging participation, managing crowd energy, and handling spontaneous interactions.
- Conduct interviews with guests, celebrities, and subject‑matter experts, asking insightful questions and fostering compelling conversations.
- Assist in pre‑show preparations, including script rehearsals, wardrobe fittings, and stage walkthroughs.
- Provide on‑the‑spot problem‑solving during broadcasts, such as handling technical glitches or unexpected schedule changes.
- Maintain a polished public image both on‑camera and on social media platforms, representing the company at promotional events.
- Continuously seek feedback and participate in training sessions to refine presentation skills, vocal techniques, and on‑stage presence.
- Uphold safety and compliance standards during live productions, especially when coordinating with audience members and crew.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older; no maximum age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in hosting, presenting, or related performance roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Strong stage presence: friendly, responsible, cheerful, and energetic.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing scripts, live‑event dynamics, and audience reactions.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to work in North Jakarta and travel to event locations as needed.
- Basic technical awareness of camera work, lighting cues, and sound equipment.
