This role focuses on door‑to‑door outreach, introducing households to MyRepublic’s ultra‑fast WiFi internet and cable TV bundles, and helping the company achieve its ambitious growth targets in one of the country’s most competitive telecom markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing across assigned neighborhoods in Bekasi, presenting MyRepublic’s internet and TV packages to prospective customers.
- Identify and qualify leads, explain technical benefits of fiber‑optic connectivity, and tailor solutions to meet each household’s specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with a small team of field sales agents, sharing market insights and coordinating joint visits to maximize coverage.
- Maintain a daily activity log, updating the CRM system with customer interactions, follow‑up actions, and conversion status.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting leads into new subscriptions, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding common objections, competitor offers, and emerging market trends.
- Ensure proper handling of promotional materials, installation kits, and any required documentation during on‑site visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
- Valid driver’s license and personal motorcycle are mandatory for daily travel between canvassing zones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly in a door‑to‑door environment.
- Self‑discipline to work independently, yet comfortable collaborating within a team.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic analytical abilities to assess customer needs, suggest suitable packages, and record sales data accurately.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 17:00, with occasional adjustments based on campaign schedules.
