To sustain our rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced Eksekutif Penjualan Lapangan to join our dynamic sales team in Jakarta Barat. The ideal candidate will be a results‑driven professional with a proven track record of building strong retailer relationships, driving market penetration, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Visit existing vape shops and distributors on a regular schedule to nurture relationships, assess inventory needs, and introduce new product lines.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, expanding the company’s footprint in underserved neighborhoods and high‑traffic commercial zones.
- Conduct market analysis on‑site, gathering competitor pricing, promotional activities, and consumer trends to inform strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals, promotional packages, and merchandising support to maximize shelf presence.
- Achieve and often surpass monthly sales quotas by leveraging cross‑selling opportunities and upselling premium accessories.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including forecasted orders, revenue performance, and key account health metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide field feedback that shapes future product launches.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing best practices, challenges, and success stories to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the sale and distribution of vaping products.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as per local labor regulations for this role.
- At least 5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably within the vape, tobacco, or consumer electronics sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow existing ones.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing a demanding travel schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent problem‑solving aptitude, adaptability to fast‑changing market conditions, and a customer‑centric mindset.
