Introduction
We are seeking energetic and motivated Field Officers to join our expanding micro‑finance network across the Sukoharjo, Sragen, and Karanganyar regions. As a frontline representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting local entrepreneurs and small businesses with the financial resources they need to grow. Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire prospective clients: Conduct door‑to‑door visits, attend local events, and use community networks to locate potential borrowers and partners.
- Form and manage borrower groups (AO): Organize small groups, facilitate meetings, and ensure proper documentation and group cohesion.
- Disburse business capital loans: Evaluate eligibility, explain loan terms, and oversee the safe transfer of funds to approved borrowers.
- Maintain strong client relationships: Provide ongoing support, answer queries, and act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Collect installment payments: Schedule and perform regular repayment visits, record payments accurately, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Verify collateral (BO) compliance: Ensure that each loan is backed by appropriate security, inspect assets, and maintain up‑to‑date collateral records.
- Report field activity: Submit daily and weekly reports via the company’s mobile system, highlighting successes, challenges, and market insights.
- Participate in training and development: Attend regular workshops to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D1, D3, or S1 graduates are also welcome.
- Age range: 18‑33 years (maximum 32 years for new hires).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Must own a reliable motorcycle for travel between client sites.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse community members.
- Proven adaptability and teamwork orientation; ability to work independently in field conditions.
- Goal‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales and collection targets.
- Basic understanding of micro‑finance products and an enthusiasm for field work.
