Introduction
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Food Service Server to join our bustling restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their designated tables, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions about the menu items with clear and courteous communication.
- Take customer orders promptly, using a POS system or handwritten notes, and relay these orders accurately to the kitchen staff for preparation.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, checking for correct presentation and addressing any special requests.
- Monitor table status throughout the dining period, refill drinks, and respond to any additional needs that arise.
- Clear tables efficiently after guests finish, removing plates, glasses, and utensils, and resetting the area for the next party.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including chairs, booths, and surrounding floor space.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and produce accurate billing statements for each table.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, wearing appropriate attire and following proper hygiene practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger.

- No prior experience required, though a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills – ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and convey information honestly.
- Strong attention to detail when reading orders and handling payments.

- Flexibility to work a seven‑day schedule, including weekends and holidays, from 07:30 to 16:00.
