Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staf Administrasi Operasional Perusahaan to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our production kitchen and operational stores, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field, be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and have a strong foundation in data management and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry of daily production, inventory, and procurement records into the company database.
- Prepare and distribute regular operational reports, including stock levels, waste analysis, and cost summaries.
- Maintain and update supplier and vendor documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, store managers, and logistics teams to schedule deliveries, track order fulfillment, and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the production floor, highlighting trends and recommending process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by compiling historical data and projecting future resource needs.
- Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to inventory control, safety, and quality assurance.
- Provide administrative support for training sessions, staff onboarding, and internal audits.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all operational data, adhering to data‑protection best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology, Nutrition, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or kitchen environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and data consolidation techniques.
- Strong data‑entry skills with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Ability to work in a production kitchen or operational store setting, understanding the unique demands of such environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
