Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related inquiries, and provide personalized assistance to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelf stocking, price‑tagging, and promotional displays.
- Process cash and electronic transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, verifying items against invoices, and ensuring proper storage.
- Support loss‑prevention initiatives by adhering to security protocols and reporting suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a cohesive team environment.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions on product knowledge, customer service standards, and health‑safety guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisory staff when necessary.
- Contribute ideas for improving store layout, promotional strategies, and overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
- Must be willing to wear a hijab (or already does).
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
- Residence within the designated placement area (domicile requirement).
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems and POS software (Sistem Manajemen Toko).
- Flexibility to work the full schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Preferred: prior exposure to customer‑facing roles or volunteer experience in service environments.
